About the role

The Coordinator, Data & Analytics plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and reliability of product information.
This role ensures that every product record is complete, up to date, and aligned with key milestones.
Working at the intersection of Product, Development, and Sourcing, the Coordinator ensures that operational excellence is built on data integrity.
1. Data Governance & Quality
· Define and enforce data standards across systems.
· Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of all product records at key milestones.
· Lead data validation routines and audit processes.
2. Analytics & Insight Generation
· Develop and maintain dashboards on calendar adherence
· Provide insights to leadership for risk identification and decision support.
3. Data Enablement & Adoption
· Collaborate with global and market teams to ensure data integration across systems.

· Train users and build a data-driven culture within the product organization.

Profile

· 2-4 years' experience in product operations or data coordination.
· Strong organization and attention to detail.
· Analytical and comfortable with Excel/Sheets and BI dashboards.
· Effective communicator with collaborative mindset.

Skills

ENGLISH and FRENCH: good written/oral level PACK office + OUTLOOK
