About the job

MISSION
As part of the Harmony project team, the Assistant Brand Manager will support the execution of Evian's new packaging visual identity.
This role involves leading graphic chain process, overseeing project timelines, and coordinating execution in different markets with external agencies and cross-functional teams

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Project Management: Oversee project timelines, manage milestones, and ensure timely delivery of new graphic design.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (IPRO), external agencies (PMA and Design agency) and CBUs to coordinate the adaptation and execution of packaging designs across different markets.
* Stakeholder Communication: Lead all communications and updates to CBUs, Cross-functional teams and external agencies.
KEY DELIVERABLES

* Develop master designs for any pending skus, in line with the design toolkit guidelines.
* Oversee and approve adaptation briefs in the esko system across all key BU's (EVAI, US, FR, CA, UK, BENELUX, CH).
* Lead the artwork and repro phase to ensure the final design is consistently executed locally and fully aligned with global guidelines.

* Project Timeline: project completed on or before the scheduled deadlines.
* Collaboration Satisfaction: positive feedback from key markets and cross-functional stakeholders.
* Excellence in execution: Adherence to brand guidelines, consistent and qualitative execution across all packaging materials.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
