Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
Within Natixis Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Global Trade aims to support and finance the growth and sustainable development of its clients. In the Transaction Banking department, you join the Client Services team, which strives to maintain close ties with its clients by supporting them in their daily management and offering high-end cash management solutions.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
* Ensure customer relations and administrative assistance in the business relationship;
* Be the entry point for the client portfolio for which you will be responsible;
* Support the processing of account life events;
* Analyze flows and be proactive in order to improve the client system;
* Contribute to the optimization and security of the activity;
* Lead risk management and monitoring of sensitive accounts;
