Job Description Summary
Bel Group is looking for a Junior Project & Process Manager to join the Innovation Team within RID.
Reporting to the Innovation Impact Leader, the Junior Project & Process Manager is supporting the team in delivering its key transformation program. This transformation is meant to transform the governance, processes, ways of working on project management and portfolio management, including the deployment of a new technological platform.
The Junior Project & Process Manager will support in delivering this program by working on the program or projects of the team.
Mains Missions & Responsibilities
Governance & process transformation project:
* Support the project leaders in collecting and analyzing business experts' inputs on the governance & process to be and improve the recommendations
* Support the conduction of additional interviews with business experts to fill the gaps
* Support the project leaders in conducting and consolidating the project stream impact analysis by impacted groups and in creating the right deployment plan based on the impact analysis
* Orchestrate the deployment plan (based on defined timeline in the deployment plan framing) - set up meetings, create contents (communication, presentation, trainings…), consolidate meeting outputs, follow the deployment KPIs
* Depending on time and needs, the Junior Innovation Manager might be solicited in supporting the tooling stream: summarize inputs, support the tools assessment, support the request for proposal creation, support the impact analysis…
Innovation project:
* Support the team on innovation projects such as:
* creating innovation training contents, innovation watch contents (newsletter, webinar)
* consolidating portfolio data and cleaning data management on our portfolio tool
* supporting the organization of current innovation governance monthly
Qualifications and Competencies:
* Project Management's degree (Engineer, Business…) and/or equivalent experience required.
* First professional experience required through at least an internship or apprenticeship
* First experience in a FMCG company is a plus
* Knowledge in project management, process management, (portfolio management is a plus)
* Know-how to pilot a project, set up a roadmap, keep-up the project pace
* Know-how to create qualitative contents to support an engaging deployment plan
* Rigorous, analytical mind who is not afraid of processes and simplification
* Dynamic, proactive, enthusiastic
* French and English fluent.
