Symrise - Always inspiring more…
Your role
We're building something new. Symrise University is a freshly created Group University, and we're looking for someone to help shape how 13,000+ people across the world learn and grow. This isn't a role where the playbook is already written - you'll help write it.
As a Global L&D Specialist, you'll partner with teams across the business to figure out what capabilities they need, find or build the right learning solutions, and run the projects that bring them to life. You'll own projects end-to-end and have real room to experiment with how modern learning gets done.
What you'll do
Lead learning projects from start to finish: diagnosing needs, scoping, planning, coordinating everyone involved, delivering, and measuring what worked.
Design learning experiences and journeys that map to real business priorities: clear objectives, the right mix of digital, classroom and blended delivery, and structured paths with milestones and certifications.
Build great content alongside subject-matter experts and vendors, keeping it engaging, high-quality, and on-brand.
Bring stakeholders together (Academies, HR, HRIS, SMEs, external partners) and get programs ready for global rollout across languages and cultures.
Manage our network of learning vendors and partners, keeping quality high and budgets on track.
Measure impact, scale what works, and bring a curiosity about what's next (AI, microlearning, simulations, automation) into how we work.
About you
What you bring
5+ years in L&D, HR Project Management, learning design, or learning operations, ideally in a large organization or a training provider.
A track record in creating learning experiences and end-to-end journeys, and managing vendors and project delivery.
Solid digital skills (including Excel) and genuine excitement about innovation and new tools. Data fluency is also key.
Strong project management instincts: organized, autonomous, comfortable juggling priorities.
Fluent English, as this will be your working language.
Nice to have: a Master's in L&D, Instructional Design, HR, Business, or Project Management - but we care more about what you can do than the exact degree
Our offer
A permanent contract and the chance to build a brand-new University from the ground up.
An expert, international team and a culture that genuinely values learning and creativity.
Two days of remote work per week after onboarding.
A role based in Clichy, in the Paris area, working at the corporate level for a dynamic company undergoing profound transformation.
Sounds like you? We'd love to hear from you! Apply here, and tell us what excites you about building the learning function of tomorrow
