Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a FAL Production Coordinator - logistic support to join our FAL A320 Toulouse Logistic Unit 1 based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing operational logistics performance close to the aircraft on our final assembly line. As part of the shopfloor logistics team, you will be involved in anticipating, coordinating, and verifying workstation supply aiming at optimizing the overall efficiency of our distribution chain.

Your challenges:
* Anticipate missing parts in close interface with the Supply Chain using tracking tools (ZZ80, ZP Cockpit).
* Drive and coordinate hardware flows, including collecting shopfloor needs (push/pull) and managing return flows for rejected parts.
* Manage and mitigate logistics disruptions by leading or supporting Practical Problem Solving (PPS) initiatives.
* Escalate and communicate supply issues promptly to the Production group to prevent impacts on serialization activities.
* Secure shopfloor performance standards by actively engaging in Airbus Operating System (AOS) routines, 5S, and team meetings.
Your boarding pass:
* Proven professional experience in shopfloor logistics, production scheduling, or industrial material flow management.
* Strong hands-on command of the SAP ERP system and dedicated production environment tracking tools.
* Clear comprehensive understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and distribution operations.
* Analytical capability to monitor distribution solution performance and define relevant corrective or preventive action plans.
Ability to work effectively and autonomously under a flexible production shift framework (3*8 shift work schedule).
