EAME Fine Fragrance Consumer & Market Insight project manager junior (w/m/d)
Your role

In this dual Marketing & CMI role, you will contribute equally to shaping market-driven strategy and generating consumer-centric insights for the Fine Fragrance category. You will combine analytical depth, creative thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to support both strategic clients and internal teams.

1. Quantitative Product Testing
· You will play a central role in generating and translating consumer insights for Fine Fragrance by:
· Managing day-to-day CMI operations for key global beauty and lifestyle clients, including test setup, coordination, and first-level analysis.
· Acting as a trusted partner for internal teams and external agencies, ensuring seamless collaboration and on-time delivery.
· Transforming numerical results and consumer learnings into clear, actionable recommendations that support perfumers and marketing teams.
· Exploring and analyzing secondary data to decode market structure, category dynamics, and emerging Fine Fragrance trends.

2. Consumer Understanding for marketing trends and research
You will help elevate our marketing vision by:
· In charge of trendsetters consumers panel: discussions, focus groups, etc.
· Conducting in-depth market analysis to identify new opportunities, anticipate emerging trends, and enrich category understanding.
· Developing relevant marketing tools and assets, including market segmentations, olfactive supports, and strategic frameworks.
· Collaborating closely with international teams and affiliates to share knowledge, harmonize best practices, and strengthen the global CMI vision.

3. Support marketing team in their projects and deliverables
· Support in creating, refining original marketing concepts-either in response to client briefs or proactively-to drive innovation and differentiation.
· Provide inspiring insights to perfumery teams by bringing a fresh, insight-driven marketing perspective aligned with consumer expectations and market dynamics.
Your profile

You have graduated from a business or a perfumery school, and ideally bring a first successful experience in consumer insights, marketing, or the fragrance industry. You are passionate about Fine Fragrance and have a strong understanding of the market, its players, and its competitive landscape. You combine analytical rigor with creativity, and you know how to translate data into meaningful stories that inspire teams and guide decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
· Solid knowledge of Fine Fragrance products, the market, clients, and competition.
· Understanding of CMI methodologies and ability to run analyses using statistical software.
· Strong command of Excel/ ideally XL stat and PowerPoint.
· Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
· Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
· Clear and confident communication and presentation skills.
· Creativity, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.
· Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
