Nissan Europe Sales Planning & Distribution (SP&D) develops and implements strategies, processes, and tools to ensure high quality and efficiency across planning and reporting for HQ and Regional Business Units (RBUs).
The team also supports, plans, and deploys activities related to new vehicle ordering and distribution for Nissan Europe and export markets outside the region.
As Sales Distribution Officer, you will coordinate with regional markets (RBUs and NSCs) to plan and achieve:
* Nissan Europe's new vehicle production plan
* Wholesale and retail volume objectives
You will play a key role in ensuring optimal vehicle allocation and supporting successful product launches.
Main Responsibilities
Vehicle Allocation & Production Planning
* Act as the main interface for assigned models between Supply Chain Management, Marketing, Manufacturing Plants, and European Markets.
* In coordination with Markets, prepare and propose optimized production volumes by country.
* Communicate production needs to Nissan Supply Chain Management.
* Ensure the best volume/mix allocation for each market, considering manufacturing capacities and constraints, with a customer-centric mindset.
Launch & Program Coordination
* Coordinate new product launches with Marketing, SCM, Logistics, and RBUs.
Sales & Reporting Responsibilities
* Manage Europe Wholesale plans for several models.
* Support business reporting activities and daily operational topics (including WS/RS support and production-related topics).
Required Skills & Experience
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are an asset.
* Master's degree within relevant field
* Previous experience in Sales or Supply Chain is required.
* Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
* Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional environment.
* Solid presentation and communication skills.
* Curiosity and willingness to develop technical and industry knowledge.
* Experience supporting project execution is a plus.
* Strategic planning and market awareness is a plus.
