Mats Rombaut was born in Ghent, Belgium in 1987. He is a multi-disciplinary creative currently based in Paris, France. He draws inspiration from different art forms, natural & scientific processes, and especially music. In 2013, his first independent footwear project, ROMBAUT, was founded. Leading by example, his goal is to change the fashion system from within and to make plant-based accessories that have a lower impact on the environment.

Mats is Creative Director and Founder of ROMBAUT, as well as a Creative Consultant and Sustainability Expert.

ROMBAUT is a vegan footwear brand by Belgian designer Mats Rombaut, launched in 2013. Limited edition unisex shoes are handcrafted in Portugal and China with the finest eco-innovative and sustainably engineered materials.

Description du poste

We are looking for a sales and operations manager to join our Paris team. Your tasks will include:

* Manage and maintain wholesale account relationships to reach wholesale targets.
* Take and execute appointments during Wholesale market in Paris (Jan-March-June-Sept)
* Wholesale sales administration. Daily link with production & logistics, oversee cashflow planning
* Manage Shopify online store: manage and boost sales with digital ads (analyze ad performance and make suggestions)
* Customer service: Make sure all B2C orders leave on time, you can solve all B2C's clients questions and manage any refund, exchange or fixing
* Office management: help with the organization of daily structure (month schedule, office supplies)
* New business development: ideas, prospecting and management of brand collaborations
* Working closely with CEO and PR/Comms manager to ensure branding, visual identities, seasonal communication, etc.
* Team work with product development team for men's and women's collection plans, lookbook, linesheet, prices, margins and production orders.
Freelance contract. June 2026 start.

Profil recherché

You are motivated, mature, organized and have a positive attitude.
You can adapt, find solutions independently and you're resilient.
You have a genuine interest in fashion and ideally 2 years of previous experience in wholesale.
You have a background in business, communication or fashion and have good people skills.
English well written and spoken is a must, French is a plus
