In this dynamic environment, we are looking for a Clients & Markets Business Analyst (Associate level) to join our team in Athens.

Make a real impact
* Create, design, and update business reports and dashboards
* Oversee data quality and implement ongoing improvements
* Work closely with Finance and other teams to streamline and automate data integration from multiple sources into unified reports and dashboards
* Prepare for and facilitate Markets & Industry meetings by organizing agendas, preparing decks, sharing reporting insights, and addressing follow-up or additional requirements
* Contribute to both the planning and execution phases of the annual budgeting process for the Markets division

What you bring matters
* Bachelor's in economics, Finance, Business, or STEM; Master's degree is a plus
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities
* At least two years' of professional experience within the professional services sector, preferably with a background in consulting services
* Fluent in written and spoken English
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Experience with BI, data integration, analysis, reporting, and data visualization
* Familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI, and CRM platforms is advantageous
