French speaking Account Manager

Location: Athens, Greece
Role: French speaking Account Manager - Athens (Hybrid)
Salary: 1. 050 euros gross salary + Project Bonus: 100 euros gross + Welcome Bonus: 100 euros gross for the first six months in the company + Performance Bonus: 750 euros gross (Quarterly paid)
Working Hrs: 40 hrs per week between Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00
We are currently hiring French-speaking Account Manager to join a global tech project in Athens.
Your Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of existing clients within a dedicated market
* Driving sales through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
* Handling outbound communication (calls & emails)
* Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
* Supporting customers post-sale and driving product adoption
* Working towards individual sales targets and KPIs
What we are looking for:
* Fluent French and English
* Previous sales experience (inside sales / account management preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales
* Tech-savvy with good MS Office skills
* Target-driven and motivated

* Full-time, on-site role in Athens (Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:00).
* Competitive salary: EUR1,050 gross/month.
* Performance bonus: EUR250/month + fixed project bonus EUR100/month.
