💡 About the Role
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be at the front line of our sales organization, responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving pipeline growth. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you will engage with business owners, understand their needs, and position Podium as a key solution for their growth.
This role requires strong communication skills, a high sense of urgency, and a proactive mindset to succeed in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
🔧 What You Will Be Doing
* Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
* Master and confidently communicate the Podium value proposition
* Align Podium solutions with prospect business objectives and needs
* Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule calls, demos, and meetings
* Make strategic outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups daily
* Maintain accurate and clean data in CRM systems
* Research prospects and gather key business insights to personalize outreach
* Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape
* Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
🎯 What You Should Have
* Must be based in Guatemala City and able to work onsite
* Advanced English (C1-C2)
* 2+ years of B2B sales, SDR, or relevant outbound experience
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and set qualified meetings
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Resilience and ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
