Overzicht

Bij PepsiCo staat voedselveiligheid centraal in alles wat we doen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en verbeteren van de Food Safety standaarden binnen de plant en draag je actief bij aan continuous improvement initiatieven samen met Operations, Engineering en Quality teams.

Je fungeert als de Food Safety expert op de site en zorgt voor naleving van HACCP-, AIB- en FSSC22000-standaarden. Daarnaast help je mee aan het versterken van de Food Safety cultuur binnen de organisatie.
Verantwoordelijkheden

* Beheren en verbeteren van Food Safety Management Systemen (HACCP, AIB, FSSC22000).
* Leiden van interne en externe Food Safety audits en opvolgen van corrigerende acties.
* Stimuleren van Food Safety KPI's en continuous improvement initiatieven.
* Ondersteunen van Operations teams door coaching en Food Safety trainingen.
* Beheren van programma's op het gebied van EMP, allergenenmanagement, reiniging en hygiënevalidaties.
* Identificeren van risico's, analyseren van trends en implementeren van preventieve en corrigerende acties.
* Samenwerken met Operations, Engineering en externe leveranciers om Food Safety prestaties verder te verbeteren.
* Bevorderen van LEAN, 5S, waste reduction en Food Safety awareness binnen de plant.
Kwalificaties

* Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding (of vergelijkbaar niveau), bij voorkeur in Levensmiddelentechnologie of een vergelijkbare richting.
* Ervaring met Food Safety systemen, HACCP en relevante wet- en regelgeving.
* Ervaring binnen een productie- of FMCG-omgeving.
* Een hands-on, proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset.
* Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en stakeholdermanagement skills.
* Ervaring met LEAN en continuous improvement methodieken.
* Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal.

Overview

At PepsiCo, food safety is at the heart of everything we do. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving Food Safety standards across the plant while driving continuous improvement initiatives together with Operations, Engineering, and Quality teams.

You will act as the site Food Safety expert, ensuring compliance with HACCP, AIB, and FSSC22000 standards and helping build a strong Food Safety culture throughout the organization.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in Food Technology or a related field.
* Experience with Food Safety systems, HACCP, and food safety regulations.
* Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
* Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with LEAN and continuous improvement methodologies.
* Fluent in Dutch and English.
