At Dassault Systèmes, customer success is about helping our customers realize measurable business value throughout their entire journey with us. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in driving adoption, accelerating value realization and building long-term customer partnerships. In this role, you will become a trusted advisor to strategic customers, guiding them from onboarding through long-term adoption and value realization. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Consulting, Support Engineers and Partners to drive customer satisfaction, subscription renewals and business growth.

Role Description & Responsibilities

* Build trusted relationships with customers and partners, gaining a deep understanding of their business challenges and key decision-makers.
* Drive customer adoption, software deployment, production runs, and long-term value realization to turn customers into brand advocates.
* Monitor customer health and satisfaction metrics, proactively defining action plans and risk mitigation tactics to ensure successful subscription renewals.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Account teams, Sales Experts, Client Executives, and technical support teams to ensure efficient process execution and clear risk escalation.
* Identify and develop new opportunities to expand customer usage of our enterprise cloud platform and drive revenue pipeline growth.

Qualifications

* Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting, or a similar customer-facing role within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
* Strong relationship-building, stakeholder management and direct customer interaction skills across complex organizational structures.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, crisis management and problem-solving abilities.
* A customer-focused, proactive mindset with a strong accountability for anticipating risks and driving long-term customer loyalty.
* Experience in software deployment projects, change management, and executing strategic customer adoption tactics is preferred.
