Role Description

As a PMM in Accommodations, you will operate within our core accommodations product department and you will be responsible for identifying, validating and scaling features and services that fuel our business growth, tapping into the pillar of Pricing (Deals, Discounts & Rates)
* Product Marketing Managers operate across the entire lifecycle of a product, from the exploration stage / market sizing, to validation and pilot stages, all the way to full scaling stage, as well as rationalization and retention of mature products.
* In all cases, the PMM is laser focused on best-in-class, insights driven value propositions, multichannel GTM strategies and a value-based measurement, aiming at business and customer outcomes as well as sustenance of those over time.
* Join our dynamic team focused on revolutionizing pricing products, enticing discounts, and exclusive deals for our travelers in collaboration with our hotels (partners). For examples deals such as Getaway or Black Friday specials.. As part of the team mission, we collaborate with hotels to encourage their participation to offer a compelling discount on room rates. Your role will involve measuring the success of these initiatives through incremental bookings and actively contributing to the enhancement of our products to meet partner needs while ensuring sustained business profitability.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties
* Manage all aspects of product marketing across multiple products including: product proposition validation and market fit, GTM strategy, new product launch, portfolio marketing strategy and execution, positioning, messaging, pricing, competitive research, internal communications and field enablement.
* Represents the customer at all times, both internally and externally, while keeping eye on the business interests of B.com
* Own the end-to-end GTM process from target setting, planning, implementation, reporting and retrospective.
* Proactively manages stakeholders across the organization to influence and share information, in the right medium, at the right time across local and global audiences.
* Responsible for internal communication to the field, including identifying the right channel is used with the relevant, timely and accurate product and commercial updates.
* Own strategy for all external communications, working with all key stakeholders (internal and external) to execute.
* Validate value propositions with target audience through qualitative and quantitative research methods
* Provide ongoing product feedback to product teams, aggregated from multiple channels
* Drive business impact or growth using data, analytical thinking and structured presentation skills
* Own promotion of the product (incentives, pricing models etc)
Role Qualifications and Requirements
* A proven track record of 5+ years in product marketing role with a proven track record in taking end-to-end responsibility of marketing scalable products, from idea generation to execution.
* Product marketing experience
* Ability to use data and facts to make decisions
* Strong interpersonal skills
