Financial Controller - Experienced

* Acts as business controller under coordination of a senior controller
* Coordinates month-end closing activities
* Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual financial report
* Supports effective business decisions by monitoring and analyzing financial data
* Cooperation in monthly forecasting and yearly budgeting in cooperation with other departments
* Proactively supports the process development and process automation initiatives
* Participate in development of existing KPI reports by using modern self-service BI tools (e.g. Power BI)

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Relevant degree in Finance or Economy
* 2-4 years of relevant experience
* Fundamental understanding of key controlling and reporting processes
* Solid MS Excel knowledge & good knowledge in MS Office
* Process Automation & process development mindset
* Knowledge & engagement with BI solutions
* Excellent communication skills, being fluent in English (German strong advantage)
* Good analytical skills
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Team player
