As a Cybersecurity Specialist within the Automotive segment you contribute to establishing and maintaining an effective and future-proof cybersecurity posture across the company.
You support the implementation of corporate cybersecurity strategy, governance and architecture within the Automotive environment and help ensure that cybersecurity requirements are consistently applied across the segment and its business units.
You act as an operational and technical link between information security and IT-relevant security functions, supporting secure, resilient, and compliant business operations and reporting to the AT Cyber Security Manager.

Main tasks:
* You support the implementation of the Automotive cybersecurity strategy, principles and target architecture in alignment with Group CISO directives.
* You contribute to translating corporate information security policies into technical guidelines and operational procedures for Automotive environments.
* You provide cybersecurity support and guidance to IT, InfraSecOps, and platform teams on infrastructure, cloud, network, endpoint topics.
* You support the definition and application of strategic cybersecurity design principles across systems and platforms.
* You participate in risk assessments according to automotive standards (e.g. VDA/ISA, ISO27001, NIS2; ISO21434 etc.) and support the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of risks within the Automotive segment.
* You support vendor and third-party security assessments and ensure adherence to corporate security requirements.
* You contribute to monitoring, threat detection, and coordination of operational security activities in collaboration with tk CDC and InfraSecOps teams.
* You support the structured response to cybersecurity incidents, including analysis, containment and recovery activities under defined procedures.
* You contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, projects, and continuous improvement measures across regions and business units.
* You act as an active contributor within the group-wide Cybersecurity Program for the Automotive segment, supporting alignment of standards, initiatives, and controls.
* You support cybersecurity awareness, documentation, and compliance activities within Automotive business functions.
* You translate ISec strategy into technical guidelines and operational procedures and define as well as govern strategic cyber security design principles across systems and platforms
* Operate within established cybersecurity governance, standards, and architectural frameworks.
* Responsible for implement and maintaining the Automotive Cyber Security Management System standards.
* Collaborate closely with CISO ISec team, IT relevant functions and tk CDC.
* Support decision-making with structured analysis, documentation, and risk-based recommendations.
* Ensure transparency, traceability, and auditability of cybersecurity activities and controls.
* Act reliably and consistently in a regulated, security- and availability-critical environment.
* Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards (e.g., ISO/SAE 21434, ISO 27001, NIS2, TISAX, UNECE R155/R156, IEC 62443 where applicable).
* Act as escalation point for major cybersecurity incidents affecting Automotive operations, products or infrastructure.
* Foster strong collaboration with IT, OT, Engineering, Product Security, InfraSecOps and Enterprise Architecture teams.
* Promote cybersecurity awareness and maturity across Automotive business functions.

* Degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable field.
* Several years of professional experience in cybersecurity, IT security, or infrastructure security.
* Experience in industrial, automotive, or regulated enterprise environments is highly desirable.
* Solid understanding of IT and infrastructure security (networks, endpoints, IAM, cloud).
* Basic to advanced knowledge of IT/OT security concepts and operational security processes.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 27001, TISAX, IEC 62443, UNECE R155/R156 is an advantage).
* Ability to interpret security requirements and support their practical implementation.
* Structured, analytical, and quality-oriented working style.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments.
* Willingness to continuously develop cybersecurity and Automotive domain knowledge.
* High sense of responsibility and reliability in security-relevant matters.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
