In the Hungarian development center with our engineering team of 1000 we are present as an innovative and significant partner in one of the fastest growing and most exciting segment of the automotive industry, in the field of electromechanical steering systems. With outstanding quality and high-tech developments we meet the needs of renowned car manufacturers and our developments can be found in 25 % of the manufactured cars all over the world. Our engineers work on new challenges that can change the future of automotive.

* Ensuring the monthly results of all global plants, including subsequent deviation analyses
* Preparing monthly gross margin analyses and evaluating them together with other plants
* Independently performing claim calculations in alignment with internal and external requirements and presenting the results to management
* Supporting of annual operational planning, particularly in the purchasing and sales departments
* Preparing post-calculations and Bilstein Motion Solution 2 Wire calculations for current series production (project calculation)
* Detailed preparation and explanation of deviations in the post calculation and BM2Wire costing process
* Providing planning data from preliminary costing as the basis for post-calculation
* Ensuring transparent business processes, e.g. cost object accounting, make-or-buy decisions, target setting and value analysis
* Identifying cost reduction potential and providing project-related guidance to specialist departments and project teams for implementation
* Responsibility for development-related cost and value analysis throughout the entire pre-development process
* Performing benchmark calculations
* Providing consulting support to BU BM for strategic investment and production decisions (relocation and investment topics, in-house sourcing)
* Developing, transferring knowledge and rolling out costing fundamentals, as well as introducing Siemens TcPCM at other plants
* Maintaining and standardizing the TcPCM databases (e.g. creating a rate book, importing routings)
* Analyzing deviations in monthly and annual results, particularly at operational level (FTEs, output, sales, Gross Margin…)
* Standardizing costing approaches and logic, as well as introducing SAP transactions
* Performing all types of calculations (component and project level)
* Creating transparency regarding project KPIs through support throughout the product development process
* Contributing to and supporting standardization, particularly in our databases (Siemens TcPCM and SAP)
* Observing, complying with and continuously improving the environmental and occupational health and safety guidelines and objectives applicable within the company

* Degree in economics/business administration with additional commercial training, or comparable business education with a good technical understanding
* Degree in business administration with relevant operational experience (e.g. plant controlling or operations controlling)
* Experience in cost accounting and costing
* Broad experience with different production processes and technologies as well as business administration experience
* MS Excel, PowerBI and SAP skills are highly appreciated
