About this Position

What you´ll do

* Coordination of export shipments from various European shipping locations
* Transport arrangements via Sea & Air considering consolidation/dangerous goods handling/low volume verification
* Disposition of the shipments to overseas customers & affiliates in line with requested and possible delivery times
* Handling, preparation and coordination of related shipping, trade, and customs documents
* Daily interaction with assigned freight forwarders and warehouses

What makes you a good fit

* Min. University Degree in the field of Business Administration/Logistics or related field
* Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience in SEA/AIR export transportation / fresh graduates are also welcome with
* Transportation/Logistics field of study
* Fluent knowledge of English language is required
* Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient at Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills
* Ability to adapt to changes
* Knowledge with SAP is an advantage
