Descripción del puesto:

* Qualifications - CFA L1/L2, MBA (Finance), B.Com / M.Com
* Freshers would be fine but the main aspect is to have the drive to perform and contribute to the team
* Require immediate joiners by May end / June week 1
Role:
* The data analyst will function as a specialist responsible for sourcing, structuring, and quality-assuring data from a diverse range of financial documents and external data sources
* Prior exposure to data extraction, data management, or financial spreading roles in a structured finance or alternatives context is highly desirable
* Experience in fund administration, fund accounting, or alternative investments operations, ideally within a PE/PD fund manager, fund of funds, or fund administrator is a huge plus
Key Responsibilities
* Extract and validate periodic fund performance metrics - including Net Asset Value (NAV), IRR, TVPI, DPI, and RVPI - from financial statements, limited partner (LP) reports, and quarterly investor updates
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity across both fund-level and investor-level records, including LP commitments, co-investment arrangements, and side pocket structures
* Process transaction-level data including capital inflows and outflows, management fee calculations, carried interest accruals, and distribution waterfalls across fund structures
* Continuously improve data extraction workflows, leveraging automation tools where applicable to reduce manual processing time and error risk
