JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 3-7 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications, working across both front-end and back-end systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
* Build responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies.
* Develop secure and efficient backend APIs and services.
* Work with databases to design, optimize, and maintain data storage solutions.
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
* Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards.
* Implement security and data protection best practices.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
* Experience with modern frameworks such as React
* Solid experience in back-end development using Java
* Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
* Knowledge of databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB).
* Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud) is a plus.
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
* Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Selenium, etc.).
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Exposure to scalable system design and performance optimization.

Education
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
