About the role:
The Project Manager - Global Learning manages the administration and delivery of enterprise-wide transformation and delivery projects and events that support the L&D strategy and our global learning offer. You will combine an understanding of L&D and exceptional project management skills to support the transformation of Haleon's learning eco-system, on a range of varied and interesting projects.

Reporting to the Global Head of Learning & Development, the role partners closely with business units, enabling functions, HR and the Talent Centre of Expertise.

Role Responsibilities:
* Meet with stakeholders at any level required to identify L&D project, programme or event requirements, delivery timelines and costs. Use a knowledge of L&D methodology in your work, so you can actively guide projects towards the desired and necessary outcome.
* Develop detailed project plans to guide project progress, taking initiative to anticipate needs or gaps and revising based on changing requirements. Includes where needed scheduling of programmes or events; and ensuring demand planning, enrolment, tracking and reporting.
* Work effectively with relevant stakeholders using project methodology for efficient project implementation. Monitor project performance to ensure timely delivery. Compile and submit project status reports to stakeholders.
* Through your work, actively identify opportunities to simplify the global learning eco-system, find economies of scale or create unique learning opportunities for people at Haleon that align to our ambitions, incorporating them into your plans and/or share these with the L&D team.
* Manage the global learning PSL. Source, establish and maintain relationships with relevant suppliers who meet the requirements to deliver against global L&D project or programme requirements. Support Talent COE and regional teams with same where required. Liaise with Procurement where needed. Includes any Managed Service Providers or Apprenticeship providers we may engage. Activities include setting up contracts, SOW's, managing vendor performance and in association with business owners ensure Third Party Risk Management activities are carried out to meet Haleon's compliance and regulations policies.
* Monitor and evaluate partner performance to ensure adherence to KPI's and SLA's, including timely reviews where warranted (i.e QBRs), with a view to identifying efficiencies, cost/waste reduction and improved performance. Manage any conflicts using the partnership approach.
* Where required, partner with Procurement on RFPs/RFIs such as effectively managing, administering and coordinating all activities associated with the tendering and quotation process involved in contracting, the preparations of specifications, compliance of all relevant documents, inviting and evaluating tenders and quotations, negotiating, as appropriate, and confirming contract awards.
* Budget controls & management.

Basic Qualifications:

* Proven experience in Learning & Development, including conducting learning needs analysis and designing appropriate learning solutions, ideally within a Centre of Expertise supporting regional or global teams
* Strong project management experience with knowledge of processes, agile methodologies, lean principles, and end-to-end (E2E) thinking
* Demonstrated ability in partnership and vendor management, including sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining effective supplier relationships across diverse specialisms
* Strong analytical skills with experience in metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships
* Ability to work independently, proactively driving projects forward and overcoming barriers or delays
* Professional qualifications in Learning & Development and Project Management
* Experience working in an L&D environment with a focus on process simplification, project delivery, and managing a Preferred Supplier List (PSL)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Degree-level education or equivalent
* Experience applying lean methodologies and end-to-end (E2E) thinking in organisational or learning initiatives
