Team Profile:

A&M's Disputes and Investigations practice comprises professionals from a wide range of backgrounds, who bring and share their deep expertise in conducting investigations, investigative due diligence for investment and lending decisions, delivering expert witness reports, advising on corporate governance, compliance and risk management, cyber and data privacy risk, and providing forensic technology services.
Our professionals advise clients on internal investigations involving white-collar crimes and financial crimes, embezzlement of funds, financial statement fraud, misuse of corporate assets etc. We also assist in litigation and arbitration matters involving expert witness engagements buy-sell disputes, construction contracts, claim for damages and royalties and accounting issues.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Delivery Excellence
* Assisting with compiling, analyzing, and documenting information in an investigation, dispute, or other accounting-related matter
* Contributing to the updating of complex financial models and analyses
* Documenting analyses assumptions, methodologies, and sources of information used
* Assisting with the drafting of reports and other client deliverables
* Performing quality control review of reports and other client deliverables
* Assisting with researching technical and industry-specific issues
* Developing and suggesting solutions to complex problems by thinking "outside the box"
* Balancing multiple client projects and other responsibilities
Project Execution
* Managing assigned tasks effectively to meet deadlines
* Maintaining accurate time and expense records
* Proactively highlighting challenges, data gaps, or delays to seniors
* Ensuring proper documentation and version control of working files
* Supporting project administration and coordination activities
Communication
* Communicating proactively and presenting effectively to all levels of the engagement team
* Drafting clear and concise emails, memos, and sections of reports
* Presenting findings in a structured and easy-to-understand manner
* Participating actively in team discussions and client meetings
* Ensuring clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all written communication
Business Development Support
* Assisting in research and preparation of proposals and presentations
* Contributing to knowledge materials, thought papers, and market research
* Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks

Basic Qualifications:
* Education: Qualified CA Intermediate level (both groups) and completed stipulated articleship period
* Preference for rank holders and those with articleship experience at Big Four firms.
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
* Proficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
