Regional Creative

Descripción del puesto:

* Conceptualize and execute marketing collaterals for regional campaigns, including in-app assets, social media, eDMs, newsletters, and campaign key visuals.
* Adapt and localize creative materials across different markets while maintaining brand alignment.
* Support brand campaigns and develop/refresh branding assets and templates as needed.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate marketing objectives into effective design solutions.
* Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on design ideation.
* Ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs across multiple concurrent projects.
* Provide guidance and feedback to fellow designers or interns when required

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Proficient in English (written and spoken).
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
* Experience in professional design, preferably within eCommerce or creative agencies.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to conceptualize and execute digital-first creative work across multiple channels.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
* Experience in motion design (After Effects) and/or UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, XD) is a strong advantage.
* Strong understanding of digital platforms, layouts, and user-centered design principles.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and rationalize creative ideas.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines.
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
