Transaction Manager

Advises, structures and executes primarily lending transactions, but also assists in executing FM and/or Transaction Services products to provide products tailored to customer requirements. Undertakes activities which include [pitching], credit analysis, modelling, writing credit applications, negotiations and documentation on new transactions as well as all monitoring tasks that come with the management of an existing portfolio of lending and FM limits, including reviews, covenant monitoring and all regulatory reporting, to provide a comprehensive service for ING. Keeps track of market developments for lending in the jurisdictions and/or sectors covered to be able to adapt and respond to current situations
