Spearhead IFRS 16 accounting across APAC, GC, EMEIA, and ALAC, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. Drive transformative change through process automation, system optimisation, and strategic project execution. Establish and maintain a robust governance framework, proactively managing risk and audit processes. Collaborate effectively with business partners, including R2R accountants, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of IFRS 16 processes.
Excellent SAP knowledge or equivalent ERP experience Demonstrated multi-national experience Accounting qualifications such as CPA, ACA, ACCA, etc 2-3+ years of experience in financial reporting
Possesses a strong foundation in accounting principles, with expertise in ASC 842, ASC 840, IFRS 16, and Local GAAP (desirable). Demonstrates experience navigating multi-country or multi-currency environments. Proficient in data visualisation and reporting tools such as Tableau or Dataiku (desirable). Has hands-on experience with lease accounting systems (desirable). Exhibits exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic situations. Is action-oriented, proactive, and demonstrates a results-driven approach. Effectively manages conflicts and fosters collaborative solutions. Remains resilient under pressure and consistently meets deadlines
