Are you passionate about making a difference in the healthcare ecosystem? Join us as a Pathway Solutions Manager for HIV, a dynamic role that combines both Sales and Marketing to drive the readiness and implementation of Long-Acting Injectable (LAI) treatments.
In this strategic and impactful role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to lead key HIV brand strategies at the local level and support in achieving annual brand-specific targets. Your focus will be on addressing systemic issues and finding innovative solutions to improve the patient journey. You are directly accountable for driving the business performance of existing and upcoming new Long Acting Injectables assets through building and implementing strategic key account planning to facilitate and drive long-acting injectable HIV treatments in Ireland.
Location: This role will be 60% field based

In this role you will
* Develop a deep understanding of the account level patient journeys, including the HIV care pathway by engaging with Key External Experts (KEEs), Heads of Departments, Nurses, Pharmacists and key stakeholders to identify partnership opportunities aligned with commercial strategic objectives.
* Ensure effective customer engagement, providing timely and relevant information to facilitate patient-focused scientific selling and achieve Good Sale Outcome (expected time in field: 60%).
* Lead and deliver the annual brand plan by understanding global strategy, translating it to local needs, and supporting the execution of global brand goals with tailored user journeys.
* Engage with targeted healthcare professionals and administrative leaders to drive process implementation within programs, accounts, and health systems/networks.
* Partner with Key Account Managers (KAM) and Medical Advisors to synchronize stakeholder engagement and healthcare professional visits.
* Develop and implement in-care Long-Acting programs to ensure the appropriate use of treatment and develop solutions to improve patient care.
* Gather and analyze actionable insights to inform strategy and program development.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate patient pathway strategies into broader organizational objectives.
* Drive brand market share through campaign and activity optimization across channels, while tracking and evaluating sales metrics to generate insights and action plans for brand performance optimization.

* Degree or equivalent in a scientific discipline.

* Proven experience in healthcare ecosystem improvement projects or roles.
* Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on addressing systemic issues.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and manage projects.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong commercial acumen and focus on achieving results.
* Full driving licence and willingness to travel within Ireland; role is hybrid with regular in-field presence.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

* Proven track record of successfully implementing marketing strategies that drive brand performance.
* Sales and/or Key account management experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Marketing experience and omnichannel customer engagement.
* Demonstrated experience in strategic account planning and management.
* Understanding of the Irish healthcare system and pharma industry.
* Experience in the sales field of a pharmaceutical company.
