Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
* Admitted to the Italian bar.
* Between 2 and 5 years PQE.
* At least 2 years of experience in structured finance and debt capital markets transactions gained in a comparable law firm.
* High level of English (Certificate C1). Other foreign languages are a plus.
* Attitude to work in team, attention to details and motivation are essential skills.
* Global mindset and enthusiasm.
* You are able to adapt to an international environment and eager to grow both professionally and personally with us
