Project Manager

Descripción del puesto:

Manage end-to-end execution of assigned collection(s) or specific projects within collections, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and quality standards, from planning to final shipment.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Management, or equivalent), Business Administration / Management or Supply Chain Management Previous experience in the fashion industry and in a similar role is mandatory Solid knowledge of project management fundamentals (planning, tracking, risk management) Hands-on experience with Gantt planning and milestone tracking tools Good understanding of fashion development and production processes Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with tight deadlines Strong skills in data tracking, reporting, and KPI monitoring Familiarity with critical path analysis and dependency management Experience with PLM and ERP systems (preferred) Structured approach to problem solving and issue resolution Strong coordination and communication skills across functions High attention to detail and execution discipline Ability to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environments Proficiency in Excel / data handling tools Fluency in English. Italian and French are mandatory
