Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive, autonomous, and versatile individual with a strong willingness to learn in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.
You will support the Senior Project Manager leading the transition to the SAP S/4HANA system, gaining exposure to complex transformation projects within a multinational context.
The ideal candidate is curious, flexible, and ready to take initiative across a variety of tasks, contributing to the team in a hands-on and collaborative way.
What will you take care of?
* Provide operational support across project areas and business activities
* Coordinate with internal teams and collaborate directly with key stakeholders
* Support activities related to business processes and project management
* Contribute to the management and optimization of operational workflows
* Assist with local business applications (including ERP systems such as SAP)
* Collaborate across functions, including support on business digital office-related activities

Qualifications:

Qualifications
What distinguishes you?
* Education: Degree in Management engineering
* Languages: fluent in Italian and English
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
* Proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
* Good to advanced knowledge of Excel
* Nice to have: knowledge of Power BI
