JR COMMERCIAL CONTROLLER - TEMPORARY CONTRACT 9 months
For our Finance Team team based in Milan we are looking as of now for a JR Commercial Controller You'll be part of a dynamic team and you'll have visibility on all the company's departments, and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.
We offer a 9 months temporary contract.
About the job
You'll collaborate with Sales & Marketing and you'll monitor spending between Gross Sales and Net Sales (EUR500M), and help optimize allocation and compliance with contractual terms.
You will support the Revenue Growth Management team in trade margin analysis.
In details, you'll be responsible for:
* Ongoing monitoring of spending, ensuring alignment with the approved budget and identifying any variances.
* Producing periodic analyses and reports, with the goal of developing new tools and automation to support the business.
* Quarterly alignment with the Sales and Topline Controlling teams, providing visibility into progress status, risks, opportunities, and spending trends.
* Uploading and maintaining contractual items within the XTEL accrual management system.
* Verifying the correct calculation of accruals based on the uploaded contractual conditions.

About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:
* Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
* At least 1 years Finance experience, preferably in a FMCG industry.
* A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy in managing daily tasks and deadlines.
* Cross-functional communication skills, with a particular focus on continuous collaboration with the Sales and Topline Controlling teams.
* An analytical and problem-solving approach, with the ability to identify variances and propose solutions.
* The ability to implement new analysis and reporting tools, contributing to continuous process and data-quality improvement.
* Accuracy and attention to detail, essential for managing contractual items and accrual calculations.
