Your Role:

As a Field Sales Specialist in the Lab Commercial Department, you will play a crucial role in managing and commercializing our Lab Water product portfolio, including water systems, consumables, and associated services. You will serve as a key commercial resource, driving business growth and supporting our customer base within your assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic territory plans, monitoring business results, and conducting high-level sales and negotiations.

Specifically, you will be responsible for developing and selling the Lab Water product portfolio, managing and growing the customer base in your territory, and planning and executing strategic sales activities. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional team members-including service, digital sales, and maintenance contract specialists-to design tailored customer plans and monitor performance, while actively supporting team projects and strategic initiatives.

Who You Are:

* Proven experience in sales and negotiation, preferably within the laboratory equipment or scientific sector.

* Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to analyze territory performance and drive business growth.

* Excellent collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

* Results-oriented mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting customer relationships.

* Ability to coordinate with technical and digital functions to deliver integrated customer solutions.

* Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
