Duties and Responsabilities:
* Guarantee operative functioning of the store
* Approach customers and offer them advice on products to persuade them to buy
* Ensure coordination and connection with external suppliers for constant store maintenance
* Be an ambassador of the brand
* Ensure customers' needs and resolve all customer issues
* Maintain high energy on the sales floor
* Ensure a good work environment
* Achieve sales goals
* Able to work with multiple customers simultaneously
* Assist all sales team members
* Control of checkout and bank transfers
* Stock activities
* Ensure the correct management of the merchandise
Profilo
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:
* At least 2-3 years of experience in retail luxury
* Fluent Italian and English is required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Professionalism and outgoing personality with positive, smart and proactive attitude
* Good IT skills
* Customer oriented
* Multi - tasking abilities
