Job Description:
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver best in class customer activations in the Baltics markets in line with the annual Market activation plan as well as Cluster & Regional priorities and archetypes. Customer responsibility based on Strategic Customer Matrix (SCM) which will require an in-depth understanding of the Customers in scope and a high degree of cooperation with the Sales team - KAM & Channel Head. The role will also require a high degree of collaboration across Market (Sales), Cluster (MS&D, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance) and Regional Marketing (ETMs) roles. Managing in the most efficient way Consumer Promotions budget for Activations & Customers in the area of responsibility.
What are we looking for?
* University degree
* English language proficiency
* Ability to analyze and interpret internal and external data
* Min. 1,5 year experience in a Demand or Sales role
* Knowledge of the Baltics retail landscape
* Proven ability to deliver results across multiple priorities
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Deploying and executing the national activation plan
* Executing consumer mechanics in market / Customer as part of toolkit localization responsibility
* Localization of toolkit and translation of the materials
* Responsible for PAR on EBAs (with input from other functions). In addition responsible for EBA stage gates (NPR, ER) - ran within agreed process and timelines
* Preparing, executing and post-evaluating a tailored activation plan for strategic SCM Customers within agreed guidelines
* Budget governance - ensuring spend is consistent with the agreed plan, flagging and mitigating budget risks
* Co-ordination with Sales & Field Force (where relevant): present activity and communicate materials
* Local production of agreed POS or displays materials from menu card
