Job Description

At iProspect we're looking for an SEO Specialist who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and content. In this role, you'll optimize websites for search engines, uncover insights from analytics, and implement strategies that drive measurable growth. You'll work with cutting-edge tools, experiment with automation, and stay ahead of evolving algorithms to deliver real impact. What you'll do
* Develop and execute on-site SEO strategies, including technical SEO, content optimization, and internal linking.
* Analyze web analytics data and translate it into clear SEO insights and recommendations.
* Manage link-building campaigns: outreach, digital PR, HARO/Connectively, broken link and link reclamation.
* Work with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog.
* Implement automation and simple scripts (Python, Google Apps Script, Zapier) to streamline processes.
* Stay up to date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and apply best practices.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO is integrated into all digital initiatives.
* Prepare clear reports and dashboards (Looker Studio, Excel, Data Studio) and present results to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
* At least 2 years of practical SEO experience and a solid understanding of SEO principles
* Proven track record in technical SEO and content optimization.
* Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush or similar, Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).
* Experience in creating and managing link-building strategies: outreach, digital PR, HARO/Connectively, broken link and link reclamation methods.
* Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, schema markup, hreflang, canonical tags, and robots.txt.
* Ability to prepare clear reports and dashboards (Looker Studio, Excel, Data Studio automations) and present results to non-technical audiences.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* A curious mindset and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment.
