Amundi Luxembourg is recruiting for its subsidiary, Fund Channel.
We are a regulated B2B fund distribution platform created in 2005, jointly owned by Amundi and Caceis, based in Luxembourg. We have been ranked as the best European platform four years in a row, in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. (source: Platforum).
Our mission is to provide a unique combination of value added services to facilitate fund distribution, strengthen transparency and improve processes. We built a marketplace ecosystem to which Assets Managers and Distributors have access, and operate across a dozen different countries in Europe and Asia; and have offices in Switzerland, Singapore, and Italy.
Fund Channel has more than EUR 330 billion of assets under intermediation providing a "one-stop-shop" solution for asset managers and distributors. Fund Channel services are based on solid human relationships, as well as high levels of automation.

MISSIONS
* Be in contact with international Assets Managers and Fund Distributors to identify their needs and answer their queries
* Make sure that agreements (mainly commercial terms) are updated in due time
* Ensure smooth communication/instruction to other departments involved in the value chain
* Support Sales and Relationship Managers through deep analyses for prospects and existing clients
* Support the team by close follow-up of the common objectives of the Department (including reporting to other internal stakeholders)
* Handle several controls to monitor activity and ensure quality of service to our clients
* Set up automated report sending and produce some tailer-made reporting if necessary
* Maintain CRM tool updated

Formation / Spécialisation

REQUIRED PROFILE
* Education: Business school / University / Graduate degree in Finance (M1-M2)
* Experience in a "Fund Distribution" actor is a plus (ie : asset management, bank, insurance life company, custody, transfer agent…)
* Languages: French and English fluent ; German and/or Italian would be an asset
* Computer skills: Very good knowledge of Excel ; VBA/Python would be an asset
