PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Business Engagement Assistant - German speaking (m/f/d). What if it was you?

As a true bridge between PwC and our clients, you are the key person to rely on and fully assist the team in the client relationship process from the beginning until the end. You are curious and open-minded, enjoy learning new things every day and conscious that your daily work will evolve with your ambitions and the clients' needs.
Be a part of our team where you will:
* Assist key stakeholders such as Partners, Directors and Managers on different processes (follow-up on clients, projects, mission or offers) and is in charge of all deliverables' quality and process check on documents (assistance in typing, guidelines, check of consistency of information);
* Ensure the engagement cycle is correctly performed and client data is accurately inputted in the systems;
* Be accountable to execute or support the business on the Compliance steps for the opportunity;
* Update and ensure data quality of assignments, including creation of Work Breakdown Structure and roll-forwards codes;
* Initiate the contract management process by assisting with Engagement Letters and contracts from standard templates.
Let's talk about you. If you...
* Graduated as a Management Assistant or from « Administration et Gestion des entreprises » (BTS, Bachelor…);
* Possess excellent skills in MS Office applications and feel at ease with Google tools;
* Are recognized for your strong writing abilities and analytical mindset, with the capacity to multitask;
* Speak English and German fluently;
* Are valued for your sense of service and team spirit while also being capable of working independently.
