Descripción del puesto:
Our Programme Managers are always thinking about the bigger picture. Every position at Amazon offers the opportunity for employees to influence business decisions and shape the future. As a Senior Programme Manager in EU AMXL Strategy Execution, you'll be the connective tissue that helps a fast-scaling organization stay coordinated, accountable, and strategically aligned. You'll build and run the operating infrastructure that enables EU AMXL leadership to set goals, track progress, and make decisions with clarity and confidence.
This is a role for someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity - designing the frameworks, cadences, and mechanisms that let a large, distributed organization move fast without losing sight of what matters.
Key job responsibilities
Own and operate the EU AMXL Rhythm of Business (RoB): the recurring cadence of goal setting, quarterly planning (OP1/OP2/IOP), business reviews, and performance reporting that keeps the organization aligned from working-level teams to VP-level forums.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of business reviews including Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and WW Business MBRs (BMBR) - from timeline management and content coordination across 10+ cross-functional teams to document quality bar-raising and executive readiness.
Build and maintain the goal-setting and reporting process: translate annual goals into trackable deliverables, coordinate quarterly status updates, and produce year-end reviews that give leadership a clear picture of progress against plan.
Design and improve program management infrastructure - templates, trackers, standard operating procedures, and governance mechanisms - that enable EU AMXL to compare initiatives, plan projects, and report results in a common language across teams.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination across Supply Chain, Transportation, Finance, Safety, People, CX, and ACES organizations to ensure business review content is strategically framed, data-driven, and delivered on time.
Build scalable mechanisms to identify risk, surface blockers, and drive resolution across programs and planning cycles.
A day in the life
You'll spend your time at the intersection of strategy and execution. One day you might be running the timeline for an upcoming VP-level business review, coordinating inputs from a dozen section owners across four countries. The next, you're refining the goal-tracking framework to make quarterly updates more actionable, or facilitating a pre-review with directors to sharpen the strategic narrative before it reaches the VP. You'll work closely with Finance, Operations, Safety, and CX leaders - not as a passive coordinator, but as a thought partner who understands the business well enough to challenge content quality and push for clarity. Some weeks are heavy on document production and stakeholder management; others are about stepping back to improve the systems and processes that make the whole machine run.
