Junior AML/KYC Officer

Job Description:

* Conduct AML/KYC reviews and prepare investor files for various entity types, including Individuals, Companies, Trusts, Foundations, and Regulated Entities.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards throughout the onboarding process.
* Liaise with auditors, AIFMs, depositaries, compliance teams, and management to collect, review, and follow up on KYC documentation.
* Perform screening, filing, and verification of KYC records, while managing and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders.
* Build strong client relationships, identify process improvement opportunities, and contribute to an efficient and customer-focused onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor/Master degree in Economics or Finance - recently graduated
* 0-1 year experience in AML/KYC or Compliance is a great asset
* Fluent in English, any other language will be considered as an advantage (French and German in particular);
* Self-motivated team player
