Your team

The Pictet Group is one of the world's leading independent wealth and asset managers. Corporate Functions includes the Group's non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.

Your function as a Hospitality Coordinator is to provide impeccable and personalized hospitality to every visitor of the Pictet Group, ensuring excellence in reception and catering services during meetings and client events. You will help create an exceptional client experience by embodying the Bank's values.

Your role

Reception & Front Desk

* Manage all administrative tasks related to welcoming the Bank's high-end clients, lead and supervise the reception team to continue delivering flawless hospitality.
* Proactively suggest improvements for the client experience and implement new premium reception and concierge processes.
* Manage access, ensure the security of clients and visitors, and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
* Manage the switchboard, screen and direct calls while respecting security protocols.
* Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.

Catering Service

* Organize and coordinate catering services for meetings, business lunches, cocktails, and special events in collaboration with the catering team, maintaining Pictet's high standards of excellence.
* Select menus, taking into account clients' preferences and requirements, while respecting allocated budgets.
* Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food safety, and service quality.

Internal Client Services

* Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate the organization of internal events with our logistics and physical security teams.
* Monitor hospitality and catering stock levels, manage and place necessary orders.
* Coordinate relationships with external service providers (catering, florists, etc.).

Your profile

Requested experience:
* Proven experience in high-end hospitality, ideally in a banking, hotel, or luxury environment.

Technical and personal skills:

* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
* Strong sense of service, attention to detail, discretion, and ability to manage priorities.
* Perfect command of VIP hospitality standards, protocol, and table etiquette.

Language skills
* Fluency in French and English is essential; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
