Valuation Manager - RE, Infra & Carbon

This is a great job for someone who has good procedural, technical and product knowledge of the Luxembourg Fund industry, for private market fund, including regulatory environment and best practices.

A bit about the job:
As a Valuation Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of asset valuations across a diverse range of public and private market funds, including liquid assets, Private Debt, and Fund-of-Funds strategies, as well as real-estate, infrastructure, and carbon portfolios. You will lead the timely and consistent validation and sign-off of asset valuations, while maintaining and enhancing the AIFM valuation review framework to ensure strong controls and governance are firmly embedded and operating effectively. A key part of your role will be overseeing the performance and compliance of independent appraisers and service providers, including SLA monitoring, quality assessment, and supporting initial and ongoing due diligences-covering due-diligence planning, onsite sessions, report preparation, and updates to the Supplier Oversight Committee. You'll also support the preparation and presentation of valuation reports and significant valuation events to the Valuation Committee, Management Board, and Fund Board

Skills and experience we're looking for:
* Sound understanding of the Governance of an AIFM/Management Company
* Sound understanding of valuation methodologies and valuation modelling for private market funds including real estate, infrastructure strategies
* Proven experience and skills in valuation of assets from the private markets Fund Industry
* CFA, CAIA, ACCA (or equivalent) is a plus
* Knowledge of Fund Accounting in the Alternative Fund Industry (Lux GAAP and IFRS) is a plus
