FundPartner Solutions provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.
Corporate Functions includes the Group's non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units, and include Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Organisation & Digital, Risk and Tax departments.
The Corporate Compliance Officer participates in monitoring the company's activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and also takes part in the implementation of the CMP (Control Monitoring Plan). He also ensures the strengthening of the company's procedural and training framework.
Your role
* Analyze regulatory watch screenings performing gap analysis on new regulations and assess their potential impact within the company.
* Contribute to the development and implementation of the Compliance Monitoring Plan by identifying applicable compliance standards and monitoring controls using a risk-based approach.
* Identify and assess compliance risks to which the company is exposed, make appropriate observations, and verify appropriate follow up on related to identified issues with the different stakeholders.
* Assist in establishing and maintaining a compliance manual, ensuring that all internal policies and procedures comply with legal requirements and group minimum standards.
* Assist in the training of new employees on compliance topics and ensure that compliance training is conducted at defined intervals.
* Participate in regulatory projects by providing advice on legal requirements and ensuring that delivered solutions comply with regulations and minimum group standards.
* Maintain and update various registers, including investor complaints, conflicts of interest, personal transactions, gifts, and identified issues.
* Follow up on audit recommendations and participate in the proper implementation.
* Collaborate with regulators and the Ministry of Finance to ensure compliance and respond to regulatory requests.
