An experienced professional with 7-10 years in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Sales Management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in the beauty or consumer goods industry is highly valued. A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of forecasting and demand planning models (statistical forecasting), S&OP processes, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, APO, Anaplan). An Advanced Excel guru with strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. A natural leader with advanced team leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills, coupled with effective strategic communication. Knowledgeable about the retail market in Mexico, with a keen eye for market dynamics and trends. Certified in Supply Chain (e.g., APICS, CSCP) or S&OP Methodologies is a plus.
