Cost Controller

Descripción del puesto:

The Cost Controller is responsible for monitoring and controlling all hotel expenditure particularly in Food & Beverage to ensure cost efficiency and maintain financial stability

Requerimientos del candidato/a:

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
* Proficient in systems such as Oracle, Opera, Micros Simphony, Envision, and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong ability to communicate effectively across departments.
* High attention to detail, integrity, and objectivity.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
* English proficiency at an intermediate level (A2-B1) is desirable, along with strong Spanish communication skills.
* Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
