Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Join the Digital Planning team and play a key role in ensuring the continuous stability, optimization, and enhancement of the Mosaic tools and processes (IBM Planning Analytics & Alteryx).
The ideal candidate will support - or have experience in - writing, modifying, and testing code and scripts that enable the Mosaic system to function effectively.
The Coordinator will interact daily with PepsiCo Beverages North America end-users, providing guidance and assistance during planning activities and ensuring the Mosaic system evolves in line with business needs.

Your Impact

As a TM1 Finance Support Analyst, your main responsibilities will include:
* Supporting core planning processes (month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, etc.) through data collection, verification, and processing to ensure timely submissions to GBS and the Sector, while driving automation, digitalization, and process efficiency.
* Partnering with Finance and Non-Finance stakeholders (Sales Finance, Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, Control, etc.) to ensure robust and effective solutions across PBNA.
* Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all Mosaic-related topics - serving as the first line of support for end-users.
* Identifying and resolving issues, developing action plans, and ensuring timely execution - escalating as necessary.
* Delivering training to end-users (ranging from L8 to LG2 levels).
* Managing IT and consulting vendors to obtain necessary fixes, test system updates, and drive enhancements.
* Ensuring the continuous stability, correction, and enhancement of Mosaic tools and processes.
* Supporting and maintaining code and script development, including writing, modifying, and testing to ensure optimal Mosaic system performance.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Experience
* Minimum of 3 experience operating in a data analyst, business data analyst or business intelligence, or business architect role.
* Advanced English
* Ability to build and refine Data Definition Language (DDL) constructs iteratively, incorporating feedback from data engineers and adapting to evolving business requirements.
* Proficiency in IBM Planning Analytics or TM1 tools.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
* Solid understanding and hands-on experience with enterprise systems and analytical tools, such as:
* ERP / Financial Systems: SAP, HFM
* Data & Analytics Tools: Alteryx, Power BI, Trifacta, Azure Data Factory
* Databases: Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
* Cloud & Big Data Platforms: Azure Data Lake, Hive, Presto, Synapse
* Programming Languages: Python, R
