Responsibilities

The Opportunity

The Requisition to Pay Analyst is responsible for the timely and efficient procurement of goods and services required for the daily operations of PepsiCo. This role involves placing purchase orders, managing supplier relationships, ensuring on-time delivery, and supporting internal stakeholders to meet operational needs while adhering to company policies.

Your Impact

As Requisition to Pay Analyst your functions would consist of

- Place and manage Purchase Requisitions
- Maintain accurate procurement records and update accordingly
- Monitor and track order status, follow up with suppliers, and handle any delays or discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Master Data and Accounts Payable to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Solve discrepancies in coordination with Accounts Payable department
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?
- Proficiency in ERP Systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle etc.)
- Strong Negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in English.
- Basic knowledge of procurement process.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
