Job Description
To act as the Fleet Coordinator by executing the management of Ramos vehicle operations (onboarding, in service and offboarding vehicles). The Coordinator will also contribute to local and global projects and initiatives as needed in compliance with policy.
Activities of the role:
* Provide guidance to employees and areas on various issues ranging from vehicle ordering and disposal to policy interpretation
* Assist with monitoring vehicle inventory
* Coordinate monthly inventory reviews with business units
* Represent CVO as needed in cross functional meetings
* Run monthly reporting requirements for business units
* Responsible for annual physical inventory
* Responsible of managing Pool Vehicles
* Responsible of managing maintenance services and contact with dealers
* Responsible of large volume sales end to end process
Skills required for the role:
* Ability to problem solve and analyze issues
* Excellent oral and written communications skills
* High level of interpersonal skills - ability to work well with others, especially when the message may be unpopular or difficult
* Planning and organizational skills
* Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Ability to document current business processes and recommend/implement efficiency and effectiveness improvements
Education/Knowledge/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Engineering) or relevant experience
* Advanced English
* Understanding of Fleet management and general automotive knowledge
* Strong operational background
* Experience with Company Vehicle Operations programs, policies, and procedures
* Experience with Vehicle Management ERP, SAP, logistic system, and GM Purchasing processes (desirable)
* Thorough knowledge of business, control, and accounting principles
* Some functional business area experience preferred (i.e. Marketing, Engineering, Quality)
* Proficient knowledge of Excel; Power BI desirable
* Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission; valid driver's license
