About the role

The FP&A Associate accountant plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, standardised, and reliable financial information across EPM, SAP, and related systems.
This position supports global financial planning, reporting, and governance processes by maintaining data integrity, enabling system improvements, and driving consistency-ensuring a strong "one version of the truth" across all reporting environments.

Key responsibilities

* Perform recurring data reconciliations across EPM, SAP, and related systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Support monthly financial reporting processes, including identifying and escalating data discrepancies.
* Deliver ad hoc financial and operational analysis, including root cause investigations.
* Support integration of acquisitions into EPM environments.
* Contribute to the standardisation and simplification of global performance reporting.
* Collaborate with Global EPM, FP&A teams, Finance CoEs, and ICT stakeholders to resolve data and reporting issues.
* Support key financial cycles including flash, forecasts, and budgeting processes.
* Drive improvements through automation and digital enablement initiativesAct as a superuser for AFO/GTM tools, including providing training and guidance when required.

Qualifications and skills

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Administration, or a related quantitative discipline
* 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or data governance
* Experience with SAP, SAP BW, EPM, Power BI (preferred)
* Experience with Power Query or Business Objects is a plus
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
