Position Role

We are looking for a Junior Compliance Analyst to join the Legal Compliance team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their compliance career who is interested in KYC, AML, and Due Diligence processes and wants to grow within a structured, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support KYC screenings and review customer or third-party information.
* Assist with Due Diligence reviews, including document collection and validation.
* Identify potential compliance or AML risks and escalate findings to senior team members when needed.
* Analyze basic financial and client documentation.
* Help maintain compliance records, reports, and documentation.
* Retrieve information from internal systems and databases to support reviews and investigations.
* Support the team with process improvements, reporting, and internal communications related to compliance topics.
* Follow established procedures and compliance guidelines accurately.

Required Profile

* Bachelor's degree preferred; recent graduates are welcome.
* 6 months to 1 year of experience in Compliance, KYC, AML, Due Diligence, or a related field (internships count).
* Basic understanding of KYC and AML concepts (training can be provided).
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to analyze information and follow defined processes.
* Good English level, written and verbal.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
