The Opportunity

Your Impact
The Copack Replenishment Analyst will support the FLNA Contract Manufacturing Product Supply Team and play an integral part in improvement of Service for external supply products for all Regions and customers in FLNA.
This specific role will deal with ensuring optimal product flow, optimized order quantity, daily add/cut requests for service and be responsible for several key service metrics. Key systems the employees will work in are SAP Hana and DRP (Frito-Lay planning system), and Ariba.

Responsibilities

Key supply chain planning activities for this role include:
* Execute Add/cut requests in SAP, provided by platform owners, to mitigate Fill Rate risk - DCs, plants, S2U sites.
* Execute daily order adjustments tied to date and qty changes
* Provide training to others as needed to build bench strength
* Support BP activity recons with copack platform owners and Promo team as needed to support accurate event execution
* Execute adhoc assignments as needed

Responsible for Key Service Metrics (Copackers):
* Fill Rate Performance
Collaborate with HQ supply chain group to improve overall success and health of systems, tools, and processes

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

* Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Planning or similar field required.
* Fluent English written and verbal skills required.
* 1- 3 yrs experience working in Supply Chain Planning with SAP programs familiarity preferred
* Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Candidate should possess strong computer skills in excel, word, power point, and Microsoft Outlook
* Strong customer service and communicational skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work with minimal supervision, while possessing the flexibility to assist and lead others
* Willingness to work off shifts, longer hours, weekends, and holidays when business needs require it
* Basic working knowledge of Marketing, Product Supply, Manufacturing, Field Sales, Purchasing and Accounting preferred
